- n. B. Flour
- 1 cup milk
- Spice(s) of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
a recipe for using up rice if you have cooked too much
Whisk the egg and milk thoroughly. Stir in the rice. Add enough flour to form a creamy, firm batter. Season to taste. Spread the batter with a spoon on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 150°C (top/bottom heat). Serve warm or cold with ham and cream cheese. It also works with risotto (shown with spinach risotto).
