Rice Meat with Scrambled Tomatoes and Watermelon!
The perfect rice meat with scrambled tomatoes and watermelon! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Diced beef
- 1 piece Fresh peppers, cut into strips
- 1 piece Chopped onions
- 8 piece Fresh mushrooms, quartered
- Herbs fresh, chopped (rosemary, thyme, pars.)
- 3 piece Eggs, salted & peppered, whipped
- 1 piece Tomato fresh, chopped (without seeds …)
- 1 piece Chilli red, roughly chopped
- 4 Splash Worchester sauce
- 100 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 piece Garlic fresh, pressed or chopped
- 250 g Rice
- 1 piece Spring onions fresh, cut
- 2 eighth Watermelon fresh
- 2 Msp Seasoned Salt
- 2 Msp Pepper from the grinder
Meat vegetables
- First, cut the beef (e.g. minute steaks) into cubes and fry in a pan or wok in a butter / oil mixture. Then stir in the chopped onions and the chopped peppers, as well as the chopped chilli pepper (without seeds) and fry! Later add the cleaned and quartered mushrooms and the spring onion pieces. Finally, add a pressed (or chopped) clove of garlic and season with herbal salt and pepper from the mill. (Stir !!)
Tomato scrambled eggs
- 3 Eggs with pepper from the mill, a little herbal salt, the chopped, fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary & parsley) – beat up and fry with the chopped tomato (without the inner pulp) (stir !!) Do not let it get too dry!
Watermelon
- 2 Cut two slices (eighths) of watermelon!
rice
- Cook 4,250 g rice (or 2 rice bags) in salted water for about 10 – 15 minutes (depending on the type of rice)
