Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g roast pork in one piece
- 2 small onions
- 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
- ½ liter meat broth
- 250 g rice
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ¼ liter cream
- some paprika powder
- n. B. Pfeffer
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
prepared in the oven
Peel the onions. Dice them along with the meat. Chop the tomatoes if desired. Now place all ingredients in a casserole dish and mix together. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 90 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
