Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ¾ cup rice pudding
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Bring the milk to a boil with the vanilla sugar and cinnamon stick. Then add the rice pudding and simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Then wrap the pot in a wool blanket and let it rise for another 1.5 to 2 hours (in case you need to leave). Alternatively, the rice pudding can stay on the stove for another 30 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick. Serve the rice pudding with cinnamon and sugar, strawberry juice, or fruit, as desired.
