Rice pudding ice cream with plums

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 cup of rice pudding with cinnamon, 200 g (ready-made product)
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 30 ml milk
  • 150 g plums

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

for the ice cream machine

Wash, pit, and finely chop the plums. Combine the rice pudding with the cream, vanilla sugar, egg yolk, milk, and plums in a mixing bowl. Then pour everything into the ice cream maker and turn it on.
