Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 bag of rice
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red and yellow
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 200 g ham (cooked ham)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Miracel Whip
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Cook rice in salted water, rinse with cold water, and refrigerate in a bowl. Cut the bell peppers and ham into bite-sized pieces. Drain the mandarins. Add everything to the rice. Mix about half a cup (a coffee cup) of Miracle Whip or mayonnaise with about 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir into the salad. Delicious with fondue, raclette, barbecue, or in the summer, simply as a lunch.
