Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 3 slices of cooked ham
- 1 can of corn
- 1 jar asparagus
- 100 g cheese (Gouda)
- 4 tbsp vinegar (sherry vinegar)
- 3 tbsp oil, neutral
- salt and pepper

- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 can mango(s) (230 g drained weight)
- 2 cups water (salt water)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook rice in salted water according to the instructions and then rinse. Finely slice the spring onions. Cut the ham, Gouda, and mango into small cubes. Drain the asparagus and cut into pieces. Drain the corn. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and fold in. Add the vinegar, oil, and sour cream. Season to taste.
