Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g ricotta
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 stalks of thyme
- 2 stalk(s) spring onions
- 2 tsp, crushed paprika powder, hot
- 1 lemon(s), zest
Instructions

Peel and chop the garlic. Finely slice the salmon, slice the spring onions into rings, and tear the thyme leaves from the stems. Add these ingredients, along with the lemon zest and paprika, to the ricotta and mix well.
