Rigatoni with Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 g flour
  • 1 can tomato(s), chopped, approx. 400 g
  • 250g Gorgonzola
  • 125 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 500g rigatoni

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the rigatoni in salted water according to the instructions. Finely dice the onions. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the diced onions until translucent. Dust with flour. Add the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Stir the coarsely crumbled cheese into the sauce and let it melt. Add the cream and season with the spices to taste. Serve the rigatoni with the sauce.
