Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 pack of cream cheese spread
- 1 jar mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 500 g pasta (rigatoni)
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic. Then add the passata, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and mushrooms. If desired, you can chop the mushrooms a little more. Bring to a boil briefly. Finally, stir in the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. The sauce should not be boiling at this point, so the cheese doesn’t curdle. Pour the sauce over the al dente rigatoni and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese for a finishing touch.
