Roast Chicken
The perfect roast chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Free range chicken
- 2 tsp Smoked salt
- 1 tsp Smoked peppers
- 2 tbsp Cane sugar
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 0,5 tsp Pepper from the grinder
- 0,5 tsp Honey pepper
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 4 Stalk Fresh thyme
- 6 Stalk Fresh oregano
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Sea-Salt
- Clean the chicken – press the garlic cloves with the back of the knife, bundle the herbs. Stuff everything inside the chicken.
- Mix the sea salt, smoked salt, cayenne, smoked paprika, sugar, sweet paprika powder, pepper and honey pepper.
