Roast Chicken

The perfect roast chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Free range chicken
  • 2 tsp Smoked salt
  • 1 tsp Smoked peppers
  • 2 tbsp Cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper from the grinder
  • 0,5 tsp Honey pepper
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 4 Stalk Fresh thyme
  • 6 Stalk Fresh oregano
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Sea-Salt
  1. Clean the chicken – press the garlic cloves with the back of the knife, bundle the herbs. Stuff everything inside the chicken.
  1. Mix the sea salt, smoked salt, cayenne, smoked paprika, sugar, sweet paprika powder, pepper and honey pepper.
