Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pear(s), not too ripe
  • 2 tsp raisins
  • 2 tsp brown rum
  • 2 tsp almonds, chopped
  • 2 tsp jam of your choice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon – sugar
  • e.g. butter
  • possibly marzipan
  • possibly dried fruits

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Soak the raisins in the rum. Wash the pear and place it lengthwise on a plate. Cut a lid off the thick top. Use a small melon baller (for melon balls) to remove the core. Fill the cavity with a little butter, the raisins, the rum, the jam, and the chopped almonds. Replace the lid. Place very thinly sliced ​​butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Place the pear on an ovenproof surface and bake in the oven at 150°C (convection oven) for approx. 20-30 minutes (depending on ripeness). Tastes delicious with vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream.
