Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pear(s), not too ripe
- 2 tsp raisins
- 2 tsp brown rum
- 2 tsp almonds, chopped
- 2 tsp jam of your choice
- 2 tsp cinnamon – sugar
- e.g. butter
- possibly marzipan
- possibly dried fruits
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Soak the raisins in the rum. Wash the pear and place it lengthwise on a plate. Cut a lid off the thick top. Use a small melon baller (for melon balls) to remove the core. Fill the cavity with a little butter, the raisins, the rum, the jam, and the chopped almonds. Replace the lid. Place very thinly sliced butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Place the pear on an ovenproof surface and bake in the oven at 150°C (convection oven) for approx. 20-30 minutes (depending on ripeness). Tastes delicious with vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream.
