Chocolate-pear crumble

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g pear(s) (e.g. Williams-Christ)
  • 100 g chocolate decoration (chocolate drops), dark
  • 75 g flour
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 75 g almond(s), peeled, ground
  • 125 g butter, soft

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix flour, sugar, peeled and ground almonds, and softened butter into a crumbly batter. Peel the pears, remove the cores, and dice them. Mix the pear cubes with the chocolate chips and place in a baking dish. Cover with the crumb mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve lukewarm. Instead of chocolate chips, you can also chop dark chocolate into pieces.
