Roast pork with mustard sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg smoked pork
  • 1 jar mustard, sweet
  • 4 tsp mustard, hot
  • 5 large onions
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 can of pineapple slices

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Bake the smoked pork roast in the oven for 1 hour. Peel the onions, slice them thinly, and braise until translucent. Clean the mushrooms, slice them, and braise them. Sauce: Mix the sweet mustard with the hot mustard and the 2 cups of cream. Remove the smoked pork roast and slice them. Layer the pineapple slices between the smoked pork slices (pineapple, smoked pork, pineapple, smoked pork…). Then add the onions and mushrooms and finally pour the sauce over them. Return the whole thing to the oven for another half hour at 200°C (400°F). Serve with: baguettes, salad
