Roast potatoes

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg potatoes, small
  • 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the potatoes, then peel them and toss them in a large bowl with the breadcrumbs, sugar, and salt until well coated. Add them to a large pan with heated butter and fry slowly until crispy. They are especially delicious with kale and cooked sausage, pork cheek, or smoked pork.
