Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g almond(s), roasted
- Sugar
- 20 g sunflower oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- e.g. vanilla
- e.g. cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes
Delicious on bread and rolls
Chop the roasted almonds, homemade or store-bought, in a food processor. Mix with 15-20g of sunflower oil, add a pinch of salt, and a dash of vanilla and/or cinnamon to taste. Transfer to a screw-top jar and let it steep overnight.
