Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 7 tbsp semolina
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 dashes Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Burnt semolina soup

Allow the semolina to brown in the fat. Pour in the meat broth and simmer the soup for 30 minutes over low heat. Season with salt and, if desired, a knob of butter.
