Roasted Onion Meat in Aspic with Jacket Potatoes

The perfect roasted onion meat in aspic with jacket potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Discs Roasted onion meat in aspic approx. 200 g (here: In a glass from ALDI Nord!)
  • 600 g Small, waxy potatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Whole caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 Discs Lemon for garnish
  1. Wash the potatoes, boil in water with salt (1 teaspoon), whole caraway seeds (1 teaspoon) and turmeric (1 teaspoon) for about 20 minutes, drain and peel off. Roasted onion meat in aspic garnished with jacket potatoes, lemon wedge and parsley, serve. Serve with coarse sea salt from the mill.
