Tomato Salad with Cream Cheese

- 500 g Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 cups Grainy cream cheese
- Parsley
- Basil
- Salt pepper
- Rapeseed oil
- Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces, cut the onion into small pieces or cubes, salt and pepper as required, approx. 1 tablespoon. Add rapeseed oil at the end, add 1 cup of grainy cream cheese and mix everything well, season if necessary. Let the salad stand for about an hour, then sprinkle the parsley and a little basil on top to decorate.
