Roasted peppers with sour cream

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 250 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the peppers and fry them in a little oil. Season with salt, pepper, and plenty of paprika. When the peppers are cooked (it’s up to your discretion; some like them crunchy, others don’t like chewing so much), add the sour cream. Place on a deep plate. Add Turkish flatbread; simply tear it into small pieces and dip it in. It’s quick and easy if you don’t feel like a huge cooking frenzy.
