Roe Onion Meat
The perfect roe onion meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 700 g Deer meat fresh
- 700 g Vegetable onion
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Lard
- Heat the lard and add the deer pieces.
- Sear on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped vegetable onions and now only add the broth.
- Steam softly on a lower setting for about 15 minutes (do not leave too long as the venison can dry out very quickly).
- Serve with pasta or other side dishes. A simple and very quick meal – when time is tight.
