Roland`s Summer Salad

The perfect roland`s summer salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 medium can Corn cooked
  • 2 kl. Zucchini
  • 2 Pc. Spring onion
  • 150 g Cherry date tomatoes
  • 150 g Fresh grapes
  • 2 Discs Toast
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic mustard

Mozzarella tower

  • 4 Pc. Tomatoes
  • 2 Pc. Mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 4 Pc. Anchovies (anchovies)
  • 1 Pc. Chopped garlic
  • 2 Pc. Basil

  • 10 dag. Prosciutto
  • 4 Pc. Boiled and salted eggs
  1. Cut the spring onion into rings, halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the toast and fry in olive oil. Cut the zucchini into slices and fry them too. Put the remaining ingredients in a bowl (corn, grapes). Add zucchini and marinate with the balsamic mustard dressing (salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of balsamic mustard, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar). Chop breadcrumbs, anchovies, basil and garlic in the Tupperware® Speedyboy. Cut the tomatoes into slices, as well as the mozzarella. Now put everything back together again, alternating mozzarella, breadcrumb mixture, basil and tomato. Garnish with olive oil and balsamic glace. Serve the proscuitto and eggs next to it.
