Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- n. B. Fruit spread for the filling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
Prepare a delicious roll quickly and easily with little effort
Preheat oven to 190-200°C (top/bottom heat) or 160°C (fan oven). Place all ingredients—except the fruit spread—in a bowl and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer until well blended (max. 1 minute). Spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10-12 minutes. Turn the cake out onto a sugar-dusted tea towel and spread with fruit spread. Roll into a roll along the long side and allow to cool. Dust with icing sugar before serving. The roll is also suitable for all other fillings, such as cream, fruit, or mousse.
