  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 4 slices of cooked ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Italian feast, low in calories

Spread the dough sheets with the low-fat quark. Place the ham on top. Roll them up and cut into approximately 2 cm thick rolls. Place them side by side in a baking dish (not too close together so there’s still room for the sauce). Place the can of tomatoes and cream in a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Spread the sauce over the rolls. Cut the mozzarella into small slices and place them on the rolls. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned. Delicious with warm baguette.
