Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tea bags (rooibos tea)
  • 1 liter of boiling water
  • 1 dashes lemon juice concentrate
  • 6 pieces of sweetener or sugar cubes
  • peppermint

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes

Hang the tea bags in a teapot, pour boiling water over them, and add sweetener or sugar. Let it steep for 15 minutes, then remove the tea bags. Then add a few squeezes of lemon juice concentrate. Let it cool and refrigerate overnight. You can add a few peppermint leaves to the glass when pouring, if desired.
