Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 150 g blue cheese (Roquefort)
  • 75 g butter
  • 8 slices of toast
  • 16 half walnuts (walnut kernels)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious starter

First, cream the butter until fluffy, then stir in the Roquefort cheese until creamy. Spread the cheese mixture onto the slices of toast and cut them diagonally in half. Place a walnut half on each slice. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 3-5 minutes and serve immediately while still warm.
