incredibly delicious
Remove any tendons from the meat and cut into thick slices, flattening the slices slightly. Mix the salt, pepper, sweet and hot paprika powder, caraway seeds, and flour. Toss the meat slices in the flour. Fry in hot oil on both sides. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Slice the onions and fry in a pan. Mix the sour cream with Tabasco, lemon juice, and sugar and add to the pan with the onions. Add the frozen peas and bell peppers and cook for about 5 minutes. Divide the meat between plates and arrange the vegetables on top. Serve with: croquettes or French fries. Note: Make sure you buy good quality paprika in a jar. Cheap offers often contain very hard strips of bell pepper – this spoils this great dish!
