Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g small grilled sausages, e.g. Nuremberg
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 6 large eggs, beaten
- 30 ml milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper

a classic cowboy breakfast
Brown the sausages in a large pan, then remove them. Brown the potatoes in the same pan over medium heat until almost cooked through. Then return the sausages to the potatoes and spread everything evenly. Whisk the egg, milk, and Worcestershire sauce well and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and sausages. Cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
