Rudimental Cake Pops or Biscuit Sticks
The perfect rudimental cake pops or biscuit sticks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
To stick on and sprinkle:
- 25 g Cornmeal
- 40 g Rye flour type 1150
- 30 g Sugar or 7.5 g Stevia Rebaudiana 1:10 sugar substitute powder
- 16 g Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 0,5 Bottle Lemon aromatic oil
- 1 Splash Lemon essence
- 1 tbsp Tartar baking powder
- 2 piece Eggs
- 75 g Butter
- 0,1 l Milk
- 2 tbsp Jam

Sticks:
- 10 piece Long wooden skewers
Dough:
