Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 liters of water with salt and oil
  • 2 onions
  • 50 ml oil
  • 500 g minced meat (half & half)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 125 ml sweet cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water and oil until tender. Dice the onions and fry them in a pan with the oil heated to a crisp. Season with salt and pepper. Finely slice the leek and add it. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add the mustard, tomato paste, water, and sweet cream. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper if desired.
