Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g sausage (Krakauer)
  • ¼ bottle of ketchup (approx. 300 g)
  • 80 g pepper(s), pickled red peppers
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 200 g bell pepper(s), fresh green
  • 200 g gherkins
  • ½ jar onion(s) (pearl onions)
  • some Tabasco
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the sausage, cucumbers, and bell peppers and place them in a bowl. Add the mushrooms, halving any that are too large. Add the ketchup, pickled peppers, and pearl onions, then mix all ingredients together. Season with Tabasco and salt and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
