Fish with parsley and yogurt sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 servings of fish fillet(s)
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 3 tbsp sauce thickener
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 4 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fry or steam the fish. Mix yogurt with sauce thickener and 250 ml of boiling water and simmer for about 1 minute. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir in the parsley and serve the sauce with the fish. Tip: You can also use chives or dill instead of parsley.
