Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 200 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 500 g quark, low-fat
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with low-fat curd cheese

Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, margarine, sugar, cocoa powder, egg, and baking powder. Chill. Line a greased springform pan with 2/3 of the dough. Form a raised edge. Mix together the butter, sugar, low-fat quark, eggs, vanilla sugar, and pudding powder and pour into the pan. Drop the remaining dough on top and bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes. Caution: The torn pieces of dough shouldn’t be too thick or too heavy, or they’ll sink!
