Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g rye bread with crust
  • 100 g chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Simply

Grind the bread in a food processor. Add the sugar and eggs and continue to grind together. Transfer to a bowl. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler and add to the mixture. Fill a piping bag with the mixture and place a little bit at a time onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Shape into a round biscuit. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10 minutes (convection oven). The biscuit will then be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. If you like, you can also sprinkle a little fleur de sel and/or chili on top. The biscuits are best enjoyed lukewarm. This quantity makes about 16 biscuits.
