Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 10 eggs
- 1 handful of chives
- ½ thick vegetable onion(s)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper, mixed
- 180 ml salad mayonnaise
- 120 ml cucumber water
- 2 tbsp, heaped mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Boil the eggs hard for 10 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly, peel, and cut into desired pieces. Then, in a large bowl, combine the pickle juice, mayonnaise, mustard, chives, onion, pepper, and salt. Fold in the cold eggs and season to taste. Cover and refrigerate for one hour. Stir occasionally and serve.
