Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ring/s Lyoner
- 200 g potatoes
- 1 vegetable onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 half bell pepper(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel and dice the potatoes, boil them, and then fry them in a pan in a little clarified butter. Dice all the other ingredients and add them. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. When the Lyoner sausage and potatoes are golden brown, everything is ready. Season to taste. Tip: Garlic sauce goes very well with this dish.
