Sage-Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 50 ml balsamic vinegar, white
  • 3 tbsp coarse-grained mustard
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp sage (sagebrush, desert sage or mugwort), dried, alternatively regular sage or mugwort
  • Salt
  • Lemon pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Desert sage and lemon vinaigrette, based on a basic recipe from a Springdale restaurant, simple, quick, and good

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and you’re done. The amounts of lemon juice, honey, mustard, and sage can, of course, be adjusted to your liking. Since dried sage (sagebrush or desert sage) is likely difficult to obtain here, you can certainly use regular sage or mugwort as an alternative.
