Desert sage and lemon vinaigrette, based on a basic recipe from a Springdale restaurant, simple, quick, and good
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and you’re done. The amounts of lemon juice, honey, mustard, and sage can, of course, be adjusted to your liking. Since dried sage (sagebrush or desert sage) is likely difficult to obtain here, you can certainly use regular sage or mugwort as an alternative.
