Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml vinegar essence 25%
- 100 ml water
- 300 ml red wine
- 6 sprigs of sage

Combine the vinegar essence, water, and wine with the sage sprigs in a wide-mouth bottle, close the lid, and shake vigorously. Let stand for 5-6 days, shaking gently occasionally. Then filter the vinegar into a new bottle and close it tightly.
