Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 onions
  • ½ radish(s)
  • 6 eggs, boiled
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 5 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 500 g cheese (Gouda), sliced
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 2 shots of Maggi
  • some milk
  • lots of chives, fresh
  • Parsley, fresh
  • Vinegar
  • Spice mix (Chinese spice, can also be omitted)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Clean and wash the lettuce, and tear it into any size pieces. Peel the onions and leek. Cut both into rings. Peel, wash, or peel the cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, and eggs and slice them. Peel and coarsely grate the radish. Now place it in a springform pan, alternating layers with the cooked ham, and cover with the cheese slices. For the sauce, mix the Miracle Whip, cream, milk, vinegar, and Maggi and season with the herbs and spices. Either spread it on top of the salad cake after removing it from the springform pan or serve it separately in a small bowl. Tip: If you like, you can also add tuna.
