Salad: Chicory – Vegetable Salad

The perfect salad: chicory – vegetable salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For dressing

  • 2 green Cucumber fresh
  • 1 piece Fresh onion
  • 2 yellow Paprika
  • 2 Natural yoghurt
  • Salt and pepper
  • Vinegar
  • Oil
  • 1 Lemon fresh

In addition

  • 1 piece Country baguette
  • 2 Sheep cheese in oil from the “Turk”
  • Parsley to garnish
  • Paprika powder to garnish
  1. Cut off the chicory heads at the bottom, wash the leaves one by one, dry them again and put them to one side. Wash and dry cucumbers, I left the peel on. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Wash the peppers, cut in half, quarter, remove the seeds and thinly cut the peppers.
  2. Put the yellow chopped peppers on the plates first. Distribute the onion rings on all four plates, then slice the cucumbers and also distribute them on the plates. Insert the chicory leaves on the edge of the plate. Now cut the sheep’s cheese into small cubes, then distribute these on top of the salad
  3. Mix the ingredients for the dressing well and season to taste, distribute the dressing well over the sheep’s cheese and finally sprinkle with parsley and paprika powder.
  4. The salad was accompanied by a country baguette …. it was delicious
