Salad: Coleslaw from Pointed Cabbage

  • 1000 g Cabbage
  • 120 g Bacon
  • 120 g Onion
  • 1 El Linseed oil
  • 2 El Rapeseed oil
  • 1 El Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tl Salt
  • Pepper to your own taste
  1. Finely grate the pointed cabbage. Goes well with the bread machine or household machine.
  2. Finely chop the onion and bacon and fry in the pan. The bacon can be crispy.
  3. Put the grated pointed cabbage in a bowl, add the bacon with the onions and stir in all the remaining ingredients. The salad should stand for at least 1 hour to steep. This is a different variant of a coleslaw. It also tastes very good the next day.
  4. The vegetarians simply leave out the bacon and use more onions.
