Salad: Coleslaw from Pointed Cabbage

- 1000 g Cabbage
- 120 g Bacon
- 120 g Onion
- 1 El Linseed oil
- 2 El Rapeseed oil
- 1 El Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tl Salt
- Pepper to your own taste
- Finely grate the pointed cabbage. Goes well with the bread machine or household machine.
- Finely chop the onion and bacon and fry in the pan. The bacon can be crispy.
- Put the grated pointed cabbage in a bowl, add the bacon with the onions and stir in all the remaining ingredients. The salad should stand for at least 1 hour to steep. This is a different variant of a coleslaw. It also tastes very good the next day.
- The vegetarians simply leave out the bacon and use more onions.
