Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch of herbs
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Basic basis
Pour the mustard into a large jar and season with salt, pepper, herbs, and sugar. Then add the vinegar and water. Mix everything together. Then add the olive oil, mix everything together again (I usually use a whisk for this), and pour over the salad. Different fruit vinegars create interesting, varied flavors.
