Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 tbsp vinegar (Melfor) or herbal vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper, black, from the mill
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and dice the onion, and mix it with the remaining ingredients until the sugar has dissolved. Season to taste and use it to dress the salad. This dressing is suitable for green salads such as lettuce, lamb’s lettuce, or iceberg lettuce, as well as cucumber or tomato salad.
