Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp olive oil, good quality
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
- ½ tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ tbsp sugar
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- ¼ can/n onions
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the oil, balsamic vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, and salt together until smooth. Add the garlic. Finely dice the onion and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
