Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pack of ready-made mix (salad topping with dill herbs)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

slightly sweet, goes well with iceberg lettuce and lamb’s lettuce

Combine the herb mixture, sugar, oil, and vinegar in a bowl and stir lightly. Finely dice the onion, then add the mustard and cream, stir well, and enjoy. It goes well with iceberg lettuce or lamb’s lettuce. Cucumbers and tomatoes also work, but they don’t go quite as well.
