Mustard-Orange-Lemon Dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g mustard
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 400 ml oil
  • 100 ml vinegar
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 orange(s), the juice
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the mustard, sugar, and salt with a hand mixer. Gradually add the oil and vinegar and stir in. Add the lemon and orange juice and finely chopped garlic cloves. Mix everything thoroughly with a hand mixer. Bottled, the dressing will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.
