Salad dressing with sour cream and mayonnaise

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp, heaped mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp vinegar, e.g. balsamic vinegar and table vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp dill tips, dried or fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

for cucumber salad

Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, and oil. Season with salt, pepper, and dill to taste. The sour cream could also be replaced with sour cream, yogurt, or something similar. This dressing is enough for a small bowl of salad serving 1-2 people as a side dish. It goes very well with cucumber salad; we like it best with peeled cucumbers, but it also works well with mixed salads with cucumbers.
