Salad: Egg Salad
The perfect salad: egg salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 Free range eggs
- 5 Anchovy fillets
- 2 El Pickled cucumbers, I took my sweet and sour Pickled zucchinis
- 1 El Caper berries
- 4 El Majo, if possible homemade, simply tastes better
- 1 Tl Medium hot mustard
- Salt, pepper and sugar each only a little
- Season to taste beforehand, as the anchovies are already salty
- 0,5 Tl Lemon juice
- Boil the eggs hard, peel them and cut them in the egg slicer
- Quarter caper berries, dice zucchinis and cut the anchovy fillets very small
- Make a smooth sauce from the other ingredients and pour over the eggs, fold in the capers and zucchinis and let it steep for about an hour
