Salad: Iceberg, Piquant and Fruity

The perfect salad: iceberg, piquant and fruity recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Iceberg lettuce fresh
  • 1 Pineapple fresh
  • 1 Can Tangerine preserve
  • 250 g Grapes blue
  • 50 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Curry
  • Lemon juice to taste
  1. Clean the iceberg lettuce in quarters, wash and drain well. Cut the lettuce into strips. Drain the tangerines. Peel and halve the pineapple and cut out the stalk. Pineapple is cut into small pieces. Wash the grapes, dry them and cut them in half. Mix the salad ingredients in a bowl.
  2. For the sauce, mix the cream, yoghurt and season with sugar, salt, pepper and curry. Season the sauce with lemon juice and mix carefully with the salad. Serve the salad immediately.
