Hearty Turkey Meat Salad

- 500 g Roast leftovers from turkey roll roast
- 1 Onion
- 1 teaspoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 3 piece Dried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 3 teaspoon Worcester sauce
- Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Cut the leftovers into small pieces. Refine with the spices and the finely diced onion and the sun-dried tomatoes. Make a cream from the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and the remaining components and spices and add the finely chopped roast leftovers.
- Mix everything and let it steep for about 1 hour. Season to taste with salt and pepper mill! Ideally suited as a spicy topping on bread.
